The 8-ton crawler spider crane is an industrial-grade mini mobile lifting machine featuring a highly integrated structure and exceptional heavy-duty lifting capability. Powered by a robust Yuchai 58 kW engine paired with a professional high/low-speed hydraulic travel system and a 5 m × 5-section high-strength manganese steel telescopic boom, it delivers formidable lifting performance with a maximum lifting height of 21 m and a maximum operating radius of 18 m at a compact self-weight of 8.7 t, achieving precise inching control, outstanding heavy-load stability, and optimal power output. With an overall width of only 1.6 m, its 350 mm widened, anti-slip rubber tracked chassis protects ground surfaces while allowing smooth entry into narrow and low-clearance job sites, operating safely and efficiently in areas inaccessible to traditional large lifting equipment.
This equipment is widely applicable to industrial steel structure installation, multi-story rooftop heavy-lift operations, substation power engineering maintenance, exterior curtain wall construction, and whole heavy-equipment repositioning inside large workshops. Its 2-stage telescopic outrigger system—featuring manual swing-out and hydraulic cylinder support—provides a maximum extension width of 7,000 mm, ensuring absolute stability and rapid leveling on complex, uneven terrains such as slopes and steps.
